You have the key to your success. I always tell my team that your success is your responsibility. In my organization we have what we call a university. This university is basically a resource center that has information to help our team to win in their business. Why is it that some people take advantage of the university and others don't. It is because some people do not believe that they have the "key."
What is the key?
The key is what you believe. Most people spend a lot of time in the "how to's" trying to figure out how to do something. The key is to just do it. Just get started.
It doesn't matter how you start, it matters how you finish.

It is sad that many people start out in my industry but never finish. The reason why people don't succeed is because a lack of self confidence. It takes an unwavering belief in yourself in order to win at anything? So ask yourself today, what do you believe?
The "key" is what you believe. Believe in you and go get what you deserve.
